Unknown millipede?

I've noticed many of these millipedes in July well i was visiting Costa Rica, I'm pretty sure they are a variation of the Black and Yellow Flat Millipede.

Does anyone know what species this is and if they make good pets that can be handled (are the poisonus, the cyanide gas?) and where I could order them online at?
